Edward’s Greeting
Hello and welcome! I’m Edward, the proprietor of this estate. Please excuse the mess…my house is always under construction…the rooms, outside areas, the objects and the people you’ll meet --- even the drawings on the sidewalk.
Before you come inside, take a look around the grounds - the sculpted gargoyles on the roof, the maze, and the little images on the iron gate. What else do you see?
Inside, there are nine rooms to visit, and more to see outside – twelve areas altogether overflowing with great thinkers and doers, their ideas, and creative activities for you to try.
Are you curious? Would you like to get to know someone who changed the world? Do you wonder where they got their ideas or what contribution you could make? What if I………? Oh… I’ll let you finish that question.
Why don’t you take a map to guide you through the house and estate? It’s hidden in the doorknocker. Let’s begin inside the Vestibule, a small passage between the outer door and the inner rooms. Stroll around, and have fun exploring.

I hope you looked around the grounds (or estate) - saw the sculpted gargoyles on the roof, the maze, and the little images on the iron gate. What else did you see?
