❏ build contact form that allows pdf download after submit

- Need a way to collect email addresses by enticing folks to download some sort of PDF. We're currently emailing the following with email addresses from our contact form: info@ john@ greg@

- we can find and customize another contact form that enables a custom 'complete' state screen that could allow for pdf download.  that will be rather straight forward if we set it up as it currently is, just emailing you the contact info, requiring still a manual entry into your CRM.  cost on that option would be $250.

- we may be able to achieve the same thing using direct CRM integration.  that would based on what sort of api/form integration the CRM has, and if it allows for a 'form complete' state. we'd have to take a closer look at the CRM to decide that.  if they did, it would be of the same complexity/cost as a non CRM integrated form.

- the other need (not in this email listing) was modification of the current contact page form fields.  i'd advise updating the art/layout so that the fields were about half the current width in size, and running an image/customer quote/etc inline with them to break up the space a bit.  i verified we can modify it in place/use the same form widget, but make it look any way we desire. cost on that would be $200
