Signup Field Copy/Options

For the sign-up box, we would recommend including fields for: title, first name, last name and email address. Then, two boxes for, “Please add me to the Foundation’s email list” and “Please have a member of the Foundation contact me.” Is there an auto-email that will be sent to these individuals once they sign up? And where does the data collected go? Our data team will be eager to have it!
