1. We really only need one button for each Google Form "Pre-Qual" since no one will actually purchase anything on the Landing page.
2. I was thinking at the top, is it a cool idea to put a video and then say something about click below left to inquire about online training and nutrition, or below right to inquire about business coaching?
3. Since we'll collect emails on the Google Forms, is it redundant to do it again, or should I have some free giveaway (really two..one for each service) as a way to collect emails for those who may not want to fill out the Google Form at first?
