heres a 1280x960 72dpi
at "100%" its really at like 300%.
i think that was the issue. making it 300dpi when its scaled up to fill the screen its better quality

just drop the dpi of the psd i sent to 72 and dont resample.

i guess if you have control over the acrobat on a box in front of them just keep it at 50-75% and itll look fine not blurry
