since these arent 'table' kiosk with graphics, maybe put something like this behind it if they dont have a booth area?

sent client link to first one. that peerless unit is nice nice, but i bet its a ton of $$
they actually have an existing booth they are going in to, so no need for big graphics.
this is the kit layout they already have
