old cover for reference, and AB card are on desk. print/laminate/hole punch at staples if they can.

here are the files. staples/etc should have no problem with a tiff file

take the old one so these can be trimmed to that size

if they don't have a way to do the hole punch just like that, just dont punch it and i'll figure it out later with an exacto or something.
