AB just turned 8yrs old. do a blog/fb post thats simple, something like 'we're 8, thanks to our great clients that allow us to blah blah blah'
for the graphic, i thought it could be cool to do the normal white logo/blk bg image we do for clients, except mask out a picture of confetti in the logo
maybe something like: or
sort of like you did on realtree:
