take a look at godaddy and see if we have any coming up for renewal soon, so we can move to namecheap

take a screencap of when remaining ones run out so we can post it to basecamp and i can add renewal dates to my cal

if we change email on any of those, will be in same situation we were in before on locking it down for 60 days.
prob best idea just to renew with godaddy on the 4 in red, then change email on them in the meantime after renewed.

long story short....
somehow we are getting no godaddy tech emails into AB servers, i even tried @FAB, @TGP, ect. nothing. works fine on my gmail though. and they were running out of time so i had to get a conf # via email so ended up putting my gmail in there to get us running so the domains wouldnt expire.

but as soon as you change any email on a whiois it locks it down. they dont tell you this before you change it!

need to figure out why AB servers blocking goaddy email. any ideas.

yeah. if we dont have to change email.

if we got server issue figured out and email working, then could switch them over easy.

if have to use a diff email cause AB server is giving issues. then domain is locked for 60 days.

do you update the email like per domain or soemthing then, cause you upated it to your gmail a couple months ago to test, and found out it locked it, right?  then why cant we get those last few off their crap ssytem using it?  or did you switch it back

whole issue lies with AB servers not getting godaddy mail. thats preventing everything. cause you have to use conf #'s they send you via email to complete transaction.

are the 4 listed there the only ones remaining?

try to find a code to get them 7-10$ each (typical i think) and  renew them all, then change the email to fleeangrybear@gmail.com, then make note of when next ones come up for renewal

if we could figure out what is up with server issue. can switch them over to namecheap at the same time and get off godaddy. and not have to mess with email change.

nope. they said its out of their hands. its not a godaddy thing. its a WHOIS thing or ICAAN or whatever they are. do it on every domain regardless of who host it.

i also got tech support to send an email to AB servers to make sure it wasnt something during checkout or processing bug. def looks like its on our server end blacklisting their emails.

contact media temple for me, you should have all the passwords.  godaddy literally OWNS media temple as of the last few years, see if they know its an issue or not?

damn. they wont even chat with me. says they can only go over support details with listed name on account. can you hit them up

did you get any email on accounts@? was making myself an admin and now the password i had for MT on my keychain just magically doesnt work anymore?

somehow password got changed

and i try to reset it via email, and i get no email from them

try calling them and see whats going on. all i did was add myself to the contact list as an admin. it didnt even give me the option to make a new password or account or anything so theres no way i did something to overwrite it.

renew anythign expiring within 60days first.  AFTERwards, change to fleeangrybear@gmail.com, hopefully we get emails there in future.  then make note here when next domain expires so i can put on my cal in case emails still not come through.

did you finish this?  asked on it quite a few times, want screencap of when all domains left with them are due.  did you update email?  i got no verification or anything from them.
