1) voyager QC issues
2) brand quality statement has ben lost by word of mouth
3) innovation / keep step ahead of the copy cats
ableton made good media consumption/creation + product site(ableton tries to hard to push one message, moog needs to present multiple levels at the same time)
1) product (core products)
2) orig content (visual/audio based)
3) brand extensions (guitar pedals, events, etc)
